About Me ミ★

Holodescence was founded from an interest in selling fan-made or outsourced, unofficial merchandise from boothing at university events. Eventually it grew to become a small business that catered towards custom merchandise for students.Gradually breaking away from outsourced unofficial merchandise in order to sell original art and merchandise. At the core of this business is someone who does it for the love of the game. To support this small female-led brand are her 5 furbabies who have their own collection of merchandise that you can purchase.As of June 17, 2026 if you wish to purchase merchandise of Uree, proceeds will go towards a local pet welfare organization in order to feed local stray cats.

general

Do you do collaborations?
★ I am open to collaborations but they must have a written agreement in place to protect both parties. This goes for mutuals, sponsorships, and organization collaborations.
Can I use your art as my profile picture or repost?
★ Unfortunately, I will have to decline both using my art as your profile picture or reposting it. If you want, I have commissions open to ensure you get a profile picture that is custom-drawn for you.

Where do you get your manufacturers or suppliers?
★ All of my supplies and manufactured merchandise are all locally sourced. Typically we tag them via IG stories. There are certain paper products are produced by myself using my own machines and equipment from saving up over the years.

refund policy

Can I return/cancel my order?
★ I do not offer a return or cancellation policy.
My order was damaged/incomplete!
★ Please provide an unboxing video of the incomplete or damaged items so that we can determine the next course of action. Though generally damaged items due to shipping will not be refunded. For incomplete items, we can ship the remainder of the order.

Do you ship Nationwide?
★ Yes, I can ship anywhere in the Philippines. I use J&T Express or LBC Express to ship packages and the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
Can you do local delivery or pick-up?
★ I don't do pick-ups. If you live outside Ozamiz city proper, I can arrange a PNR Delivery order for it, the shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. I also participate in events so you can pick up your order there! Just check out the Facebook page or Instagram posts for any updates. I typically participate in cosplay events and communities!
Do you ship Internationally?
★ Yes, the starting shipping price for international orders start at $10.75 (₱600). The package is not tracked by default so if you want to ensure that you have tracked shipping, please let me know and it will be accounted for in the shipping fee.
How long is the order processing time?
★ Orders from my shop will take around 1 day to complete whereas custom orders will take around 7-10 days to be made. Unless announced in advance, expect progress during holidays. Barring work and personal obligations, you should be expecting your order soon. If I need to order supplies for custom orders, I will inform you about extensions and such.

How do I clean my Decoden product?
★ Please do not submerge in water and only use cleaning/sanitizing wipes sparingly, no long-term exposure to any liquids.
Is the Decoden durable?
★ It is durable but dropping it constantly will wear it out and cause some damage. It is not meant for everyday use as the charms and the cream are delicate. Avoid exposing them to too much moisture and sunlight to keep it maintained.
